    APRIL, I should but I am not. Me lazy but… I am also gauging on how my clothes are fitting so that’s kinda similar right? ;)

    um actually the week was over … between last thurs and this wed aka 7 days aka 1 week you only exercised once :P

    NIKKI, DUDE! a week is Wed –> Wed (16-23) and within those guidelines I worked out 2x. tyvm. though I do admit that I need to get back to my 4-5x a week. damn gym buddy slacking on me so it makes me slack. Be nice to me. I am trying…

    Wednesday – Day 1
    Thurs – Day 2
    Friday – Day 3
    Saturday – Day 4
    Sunday – Day 5
    Monday – Day 6
    Tuesday – Day 7
    Wednesday – Day 8

    Since the last time I checked there are only 7 days in a week you, my dear, are clearly mistaken. You worked out once

    I’m only playing, but if you want to lose the weight you need to exercise. Diet alone won’t do it for ya

    Wednesday – Thursday = day 1
    Thursday – Friday = day 2
    Friday – Saturday = day 3
    Saturday – Sunday = day 4
    Sunday – Monday = day 5
    Monday – Tuesday = day 6
    Tuesday – Wednesday = day 7

    Trust me I know. I get into exercise funks now and then. It happens. Maybe this weight loss thing isn’t for me. I change my mind. I am happy being fat.
