    Good job on the no dessert!!! I’m still not seeing very many veggie and fruit snacks ::AHEM:: Can you substitute your chips from Subway with a fruit of some sort? I usually eat apple slices and grapes or carrot stick with my Sub. Worth a shot? : )

    How many calories are you supposed to have a day based on height/weight/exercise level, etc.? Make sure you are getting enough. : )

    MRSABYBABY, yeah I need to get better at the veggie/fruit thing. I am eating strawberries, just not this day. hehe. As for calories, I am trying to stay around 1500-1700/day. Does that sound reasonable? Thanks for the love!

    I would email Kat and ask her thoughts on this. I’m concerned that 1500 isn’t enough for you while you are exercising, but I’m not sure. I would double check. : )
