1/2 can diet coke, 0 cals
4 slices pizza, 1000+ cals bad bad bad

17 oz

45 minutes cardio, 400 cals

    100 calorie packs! Some of the yummy hostess ones are only 1 point even. Also, I have baby carrots in my fridge to munch on (but you don’t like vegetables…).

    NINA, 100 cal packs! good idea. I do carrots. I like some veggies but not most. haha.

    I love a little hummus and veggies, also string cheese. If it’s a snack I have to go for protien or it doesn’t satisfy and I will keep eating.
