I know holidays have been over for 2 weeks now but I still haven’t gotten back to my menu groove. Let’s just say my go-to dinner the last couple times have been ramen and poached egg. Bad wifey!! So this week I am hoping to make it up to my hubbie by cooking some favorites that I know he’ll love! Thanks April for your suggestions! I hope Mr. Pig knows he’s a lucky man… :)

MONDAY: Pork Tenderloin, mashed potatoes and “veggie”
TUESDAY: Pepper Sausage Pasta
WEDNESDAY: Baked Ziti
THURSDAY: Fast Fancy Chicken ala Kat
FRIDAY: (date night)
SATURDAY: L- Roast Beef and Avocado Wrap | D- (chaperone T’s HS winter formal)
SUNDAY: L- Balsamic Glazed Chicken Wings | D- Chicken and Mushroom in Garlic Sauce

Healthier substitution: Nina’s Baked Ziti

Aw, thanks! : ) No problem on the recipe help. You and Mr. Pig seem to have similar food tastes a lot of the time so hopefully you like some of his faves – the baked ziti and the fancy fast chicken.
