(Recipe from www.allrecipes.com | photo from me!)

Makes 15 servings (1 slice=1 serving)
Calories/serving = 315
WW pts/serving = 8

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
16 ounces sliced pepperoni sausage
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
3 1/2 cups bread flour

[NOTES: I thought 16oz of pepperoni sounded like WAY too much so I only put in 4oz but honestly since the bread machine chews up the pepperoni into small bits I can see why recipes says 16oz. I think next time I will probably use 8oz (since I am not a huge pepperoni fan) though. Also used mozzarella instead of cheddar cheese.]

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

> Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
> Select the Bread/Medium Crust cycle, and press Start.

* TIP: If you do not have the “add in” function on your bread machine be sure to wait and add the pepperoni and cheese, etc on your machine’s last knead; otherwise, it will chew up the meat and other add ins to nothing.

[NOTES: I added in the pepperoni/cheese at beginning of 2nd knead per the tip but I want bigger pepperoni chunks so next time I will try and add halfway through 2nd knead.]

ENJOY! :)
