Last week was a wash. We were so busy that it was burgers, pizza and donuts. ugh. Gonna C/P my menu from last week (with a few changes) and try again.
MONDAY: (leftovers)
TUESDAY: Steak, asparagus and bake potato
WEDNESDAY: (leftovers)
THURSDAY: April’s enchiladas
FRIDAY: “pizza”
SATURDAY: L- TMNT salad | D- Ricotta Gnocchi and Spinach Bake
SUNDAY: L- Pepperoni Snacks | D- Spaghetti and Meatballs
